a. Refunds are only available for bookings canceled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled trip start time.
b. Once the trip has commenced, we are unable to provide a refund for the unused portion of the service.

Refund Processing:
a. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once the eligibility criteria are met.
b. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking process.
c. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
a. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the trip start time.
b. Refunds will not be granted for any unused portion of the service once the trip has started.
Exceptional Circumstances:
a. In exceptional cases where there are unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, Victory Call Drivers may consider providing a refund or alternative compensation. Such cases will be assessed on an individual basis.
